The steering group is a sub-committtee of  members, drawn from the alliance who offer guidance and advice on important issues, and help provide direction to membership in developing the Alliance

That direction may come in the form of helping formulate the vision and mission, or help develop relevent strategies, actions, policies or procedures, for approval by the membership

The steering group will set objectives and timelines for completion of tasks in project development and monitor progress in consulation with members.

The Steering Group will meet every two months but additional ad-hoc meetings may be called.
